Program Clarification Request

A Program Clarification Request (PCR) is designed to work similar to a Request for Information. The PCR is initiated by the Prime Consultant and a question is created and issued to the Owner of the project for response. Once a response to the PCR is received, additional questions can be created if further clarification is required.

Equipment List

The Equipment List is designed for use of mechanical consultants. It allows the compilation of an equipment list that can be viewed by all participants in the project. When changes are required, revisions can be created for the entries in the equipment list. All changes are tracked, and it is possible to review any revision of a particular item. Summary reports are provided that make specification printing easy.

Master Door Schedule

The Master Door Schedule is intended for collaboration in creating a specification for all aspects of a door including drawings, hardware sets, methods of operation and security. Sub-consultants can upload information for inclusion in the specification. All changes are tracked, and it is possible to review any revision of a particular door. Summary reports are provided that make specification printing easy.

Sustainable Design

Onware is currently developing features to help with the tracking of requirements for Sustainable Design. These features are designed to work with any sustainable system, such as LEED.
